RF Enclosure
Scope: 600 mm x 250 mm X 60 mm. AL6061 with small features & drills. Needed 45 inserts with smallest M2. Machined on 4-axis VMC with 2 setups. Positional accuracy <75 microns over 400mm.
Deliverables: Serial Manufacture.
Industrial Enclosure
Scope: 180mm x 150mm x 25mm. AL6061 T6. Machined on 4 axis VMC with 2 setups, and 26 helicoil inserts assembled with smallest M3. Positional accuracy 25 microns. Flatness < 25 microns on reference surfaces.
Deliverables: Serial Manufacture.
Copper Alloy Rollers
Scope: Critical dimensional & surface finish requirement (0.2Ra on outer surface). High volume part, turned & surface finished achieved by grinding. Special packaging to maintain surface finish during transportation.
Deliverables: Serial Manufacture.
Engine Subassembly
Scope: Consists of 04 components. Parts made up by turning, milling, pipe bending. Tolerance of parts <10 micron. Welded with jig support and tolerance at assembly level achieved after special process treatment.
Deliverables: Design documents, Trade Study and prototype unit built to aerospace standards.
Aircraft Control Surface Actuator
Scope: Design and develop BLDC based actuator for commercial aircraft air brake.
Deliverables: Design documents, Trade Study and prototype unit built to aerospace standards.
Aircraft Hydraulic Pressure Measurement
Scope: Design and develop aircraft hydraulic pressure sensor for commercial aircraft.
Deliverables: Design documents, Trade Study and prototype unit built to aerospace standards.
Glass Epoxy Composite Part
Scope: Design and develop process & tooling for composite part with Glass Epoxy Pre-preg.
Deliverables: Layup process, layup tool, drilling fixtures, inspection fixtures.
Aerostructure
Scope: Prototype based on Mylar drawings and existing component to ensure assembly on aircraft.
Deliverables: 3D Models, manufacturing drawings, process and prototype units.
